Creating a wood engraving a couple of years ago was a transformative experience for. Unlike the vibrant, multi-block colored linocuts I was accustomed to, this process required different approach to mark making. It prompted me to rethink the subtleties of texture and depth, allowing to explore a more intricate relationship with my materials.
